Kevin McKenna

Having spent over a decade teaching in the UK and Western Australia, Kevin opted to return to university in 2022 to pursue a long-held passion for sports journalism.

An accomplished and versatile freelance writer, as well as working for GPFans, Kevin produces Scottish football match reports and analysis pieces for the Scottish Daily Mail, where he also a regular sub-editor.

He has written exclusive interview features for the title and has bylines in both The Herald and Daily Record.

He is also a frequent contributor for Laureus, writing press releases and editorials highlighting their charity work and prestigious World Sports Awards, which took place in May.

In addition to football, his sporting interests include tennis, golf, American football, and of course, Formula 1.

That's why Kevin was thrilled to recently join the team at GPFans, where he has loved developing his digital writing talents to produce engaging, high-quality content for fans.
