FIA news

The FIA (Federation Internationale de l'Automobile) is the motorsport governing body which officiates on F1 among other series. It was founded in 1904 and has its headquarters in Paris, France. The FIA sets the technical, sporting and financial rules for F1 and is the body which announces penalties, disqualifications and other key updates during Grand Prix race weekends.
