Yara Elshebiny is a Formula 1 writer and digital content producer with a life-long enthusiasm for motorsports. After earning her degree in Journalism, she founded F1District in 2021 to pursue her passion for the sport. She later worked at Last Word on Sports as an F1 writer before joining GPFans in March 2023.

Aside from writing, Yara is a contributing photographer for iStock/Getty Images with more than seven years of experience in the field and is a member of the African Photojournalism Database by the World Press Photo Foundation.
