De koningin overleed vanmiddag in kasteel Balmoral.

Elizabeth II, koningin van het Verenigd Koninkrijk, is op donderdagmiddag overleden. Ze was 96 jaar. Zevenvoudig wereldkampioen Lewis Hamilton werd twee jaar geleden nog door haar geridderd.

Coureurs, teams en de Formule 1-organisatie rouwen om het overlijden van Hare majesteit en condoleren het Britse koningshuis.
