Sebastian Vettel - News

Sebastian Vettel is a four-time F1 world champion who retired from the sport in 2022. The German superstar (born July 3, 1987 in Heppenheim) claimed consecutive titles for Red Bull between 2010 and 2013 in a glorious run of success for the Milton Keynes team. He would then make a big-money move to Ferrari for 2015 but was unable to recreate the glory days of Michael Schumacher at Maranello. Often he threatened to break the Mercedes stranglehold on the sport but could never quite manage it. Vettel ended his career at Aston Martin and bowed out with 53 Grand Prix victories during his 16-season career. Vettel married girlfriend Hanna Prater in 2019 and the couple have three children. Since his retirement from F1, Vettel has become a prominent campaigner for climate change and is a massively popular figure with fans.
