Russell reveals Ricciardo's NEW F1 role ahead of Belgian GP
George Russell has teasingly suggested that Daniel Ricciardo is his new "content creator" as the pair joked around inside a private jet on the way to the Belgian Grand Prix.
Following Nyck de Vries' AlphaTauri exit, Ricciardo has returned to the F1 grid to take the Dutchman's seat for the remainder of 2023.
The Australian is 'on loan' from Red Bull, as he looks to put pressure on Sergio Perez in a bid to claim a spot alongside Max Verstappen in 2025.

The ever-smiling and joking personality that he is, Ricciardo has never been shy of mixing pleasure with business in and around a race weekend.
Russell and Ricciardo jet off together
And that was seen again ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix, after Russell took to Twitter to share pictures of the pair laughing and joking on their way to the track inside a private jet.
Alongside the pictures, he cheekily wrote: "Spa bound with my new content creator…" with emojis that represented Ricciardo's 'Honey Badger' nickname.

On-track, Ricciardo will be looking to score his first points for AlphaTauri since his move to Red Bull's sister team at Spa.
Russell meanwhile finds himself fifth in the driver standings, 43 points behind team-mate Lewis Hamilton and just three clear of Ferrari's Carlos Sainz in sixth.
