Valtteri Bottas has been forced to take a second fresh power unit of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend after his new Mercedes engine developed a pneumatic leak in Friday practice.
Bottas was quickest in both practice sessions as other drivers tried to eke out the remaining life from old engines.
However, the Finn also clumsily collided with Romain Grosjean late in Friday's second session and received a reprimand from the FIA stewards.
He had been due to start the race from the back of the rid already, so fresh engine part - and the subsequent penalties - will change little for Bottas ahead of qualifying.
