Sebastian Vettel brought FP1 at the Abu Dhabi GP to a slightly premature end as he spun his Ferrari into the barriers in sector three.

The German has had reason to celebrate this week, having become a father for the third time.

Having made steady progress through the opening session of the weekend, Vettel got out of shape into Turn 19 and clonked the wall rear-end first.
