United States Grand Prix Weather Forecast: Cold weather offers new challenge

After the threat of rain, and worse, at recent races, the United States Grand Prix arrives with calmer conditions expected.

The race in Austin, Texas is expected to be played out under sunny skies, although teams will still have to do some thinking about the weather.

The Circuit of the Americas is expected to be a chilly place to race this week, especially for Friday morning's practice, when temperatures may not get above single figures!

How that will impact the preparation for the weekend remains to be seen, although temperatures are expected to climb for qualifying and the race, although sticking below average temps for an F1 event.
