Russian Grand Prix Weather Forecast: Sun, rain, storms... everything!

With just about every type of weather forecast across the Russian Grand Prix weekend, teams are sure to be kept busy on the pit-wall.

Stormy conditions are set to bring light rain to Sochi on every day of the grand prix weekend, which would be a first for the event.

According to BBC Weather the highest chances of rain come on Saturday morning, which could put F1 teams on the back foot ahead of qualifying, as well as play a role in the first race of the F3 season-finale.

Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto said ahead of the event: "The forecast for Sochi is for changeable weather, so it will be important to be prepared for every eventuality."

Despite the forecasts, Saturday saw sunny skies and warm weather, potentially a further boost for Ferrari, who have enjoyed warmer conditions this year.
