Prost: I hate the Senna movie

Alain Prost says he hates the 2010 movie 'Senna' released covering the life and career of his great rival Ayrton Senna. Prost says he is "portrayed as bad" during the film which covered their intense rivalry and partnership at McLaren.

The film was made by the same team who went on to make the F1 Netflix documentary 'Drive to Survive' which was released to much acclaim earlier this year.

'Senna' was also well-received on its release, winning a BAFTA award for Best Documentary.

However, Prost is not a fan of the film, especially over his depiction in it, as he says it does nothing to discuss his friendship with Senna.

"I hate the Senna movie. I really hate it," the F1 legend told Auto Motor und Sport.

"They could have made something fantastic. But it would have been a different story.

"It's really a shame that after hours of interviews with many of the people involved, something like that came of it.

"In the end it portrayed me as bad and Senna as good, and that's a pity."
