F1 races in 2023: Full calendar
All the dates you need to plan your F1 season
F1 has shortened its record-breaking 24-race calendar to 23 events after confirming the Chinese Grand Prix would not be returning to the schedule.
The race in Shanghai was due to end a four-year hiatus in April, but the continuing complications of the Covid pandemic in the country have led to it being axed.
Despite restrictions being lifted in the country and a bid launched to reclaim its April position, F1 confirmed a revised 23-race calendar.
This means a four-week gap now exists between Australia and Azerbaijan.
The season will again start in Bahrain and finish in Abu Dhabi, with the excitement of the new Las Vegas Grand Prix piquing interest late in the season.
Qatar also returns after missing a season due to its FIFA World Cup commitments.
