Hamilton - Will the Mercedes driver end his Australian GP curse?

Lewis Hamilton heads to Australia seeking to bring an end to his longest streak at any current circuit without a victory.

Hamilton last stood on the top step of the podium at the Australian Grand Prix in 2015 when he was 'only' a two-time F1 world champion.

Although Hamilton's winless statistic is slightly skewed due to the fact that the Albert Park race has not taken place for two years, the record remains when counting back the number of races with the Mercedes driver enduring four consecutive winless visits.

In his career, Hamilton has won just twice in Melbourne with his 2008 success adding to that of 2015.

Can the seven-time champion lift the curse this time around?
