Sainz was on track in the 2018 car
Carlos Sainz made his Ferrari debut in a private test at Fiorano on Wednesday driving the 2018 SF71H.
Sainz joined Ferrari from McLaren at the end of the last year and, on Wednesday, took to the track for the first time in Ferrari colours.
The Spaniard will complete further running on Thursday morning before new Haas driver Mick Schumacher continues his development in the afternoon.
GPFans has compiled a gallery of images documenting Sainz's first track day in the famous Rosso Ferrari overalls.
