Will Max Verstappen be caught in the F1 title race?
Max Verstappen opened a 46-point lead at the top of the F1 drivers' standings with his victory at the Canadian Grand Prix.
The Dutchman's margin was aided by the retirement of his Red Bull team-mate Sergio Perez and by Charles Leclerc's recovery drive only seeing him finish fifth.
Heading to Silverstone, Perez is 46 points off Verstappen with Leclerc a further three back.
Of the last six races, five have been won by Verstappen with the championship-leader third in Monaco. Of the races that he has finished this year, Monaco is the only time he has not topped the podium.
Nine races into a 22-race season does seem incredibly early to ask this, but Verstappen's breathtaking form has necessitated it, but can he be caught?
