F1 in Las Vegas - Is F1 right to add a third race in the United States?

F1 will race in Austin, Miami and Vegas in 2023

F1 will race three times in the United States next year after the announcement of the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Las Vegas will offer a spectacle unlike anything F1 has seen before with a night race in one of the most famous locations on the planet.

F1 has long been attempting to crack the American market and with the aid of Netflix series Drive to Survive, last year's record attendance at the Circuit of the Americas highlighted the progress being made in this mission.

However, with a long list of countries waiting to get just one race on the calendar and the glaring omission of a race in Africa remaining, the question has to be asked, is F1 right to add a third US race to the schedule?
