Lando Norris has sampled the McLaren MCL36 for the first time ahead of the start of the F1 pre-season session in Barcelona.
All 10 teams will take to the track at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Wednesday as testing begins but a number of teams have arrived early in order to complete filming days in advance.
These days are often used as a shakedown for the new cars as well as to get the drivers familiar with the machinery and to gather promotional footage that can be used throughout the year.
Before Lando Norris left the McLaren garage on Monday, Haas completed its own filming activities with Nikita Mazepin getting his first taste of the VF-22.
Strict testing regulations mandate that teams can complete no more than 100km on a filming day and that the cars must run on special demonstration tyres. This was also the case for Aston Martin and Mercedes in damp conditions at Silverstone.
