Alfa Romeo fire up the C39

This is a loud one!

Alfa Romeo are the latest Formula 1 team to tease fans with a social media post featuring their new 2020 car.

Although footage of the car itself is not shown, the uploaded video provides some stats on how the C39 was built as well as showing expectant engineers covering their ears as the engine is fired up for the first time.

Alfa Romeo are the fourth team to have uploaded a teaser clip following similar announcements by Mercedes, Ferrari, and McLaren.

The team previously announced that the actual unveiling of the 2020 challenger will take place on the first day of pre-season testing on the 19th of February at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, with Haas also doing the same on that date.
