McLaren F1 CEO Zak Brown has confirmed talks to end a Red Bull star's contract early.

Max Verstappen's race engineer Gianpiero Lambiase has signed for McLaren as their chief racing officer, but will be unable to complete the switch until 2028.

Red Bull cannot stop Max Verstappen racing outside F1: 'He calls the shots'

Former driver and now Sky Sports F1 pundit Naomi Schiff has claimed Red Bull will not be able to stop Max Verstappen from pursuing his racing dreams outside of F1 despite a tragic weekend for motorsport at the Nurburgring.

Verstappen returned to the iconic yet infamous Nordschleife last weekend for NLS4 and NLS5, the qualifiers for the Nurburgring 24-hour race.

Audi F1 announce major restructure after Jonathan Wheatley exit

Audi F1 have announced a major restructure following the exit of Jonathan Wheatley.

Mattia Binotto's role has changed to that of CEO and team principal, with a former F1 driver promoted to support him as racing director.

F1 announce return of iconic circuit made famous by Lewis Hamilton

Formula 1 have announced the return of a grand prix made famous by one of Lewis Hamilton's most iconic wins.

The sport have confirmed that from 2027 the Turkish Grand Prix will be back on the F1 calendar until 2031, as part of a new five-year agreement.

McLaren F1 team sign 'fantastic' 11-year-old British wonderkid in record driver deal

The McLaren F1 team have signed the youngest ever driver to their development programme with 11-year-old British phenom Harry Williams becoming the team's latest recruit.

The young karting sensation, who hails from Nether Alderley in Cheshire, began his racing career in the Super One Series in 2021 before being promoted to the Cadet category the following year, and participating in national and international championships during 2023.

US star turned down Red Bull F1 contract: 'This is why I didn't sign it'

US racing driver and F1 hopeful Colton Herta revealed he turned down a contract at one of Red Bull's teams.

The former IndyCar has made the move across to Formula 2, in a bid to acquire the extra five super licence points to race in F1.
