F1 TV and Sky to broadcast all six days of testing from Spain
F1 TV Prop and Sky subscribers will be able to view all six days of preseason testing from the comfort of their own homes with eight hours of on-track action each day as the ten teams attempt to get a handle on their 2020 offerings at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
In 2019, Sky Sports broadcast the first of the two preseason tests only. This was the first time that one of the tests had been widely broadcast in the UK and the coverage was well received with many questioning why the second test was not being shown.
For 2020, the calls of fans have been heard and both tests will be available to subscribers of Sky Sports UK and the F1 TV Pro service. The coverage will also be accompanied by an all-new live timing
Subscribers to F1 TV Pro and Sky UK and Sky Italia will enjoy live coverage from Barcelona of all six days of pre-season testing as well as an all-new live timing experience on the F1 app.
On each of the six days the track will go live at 10:00 to 14:00 GMT and then again between 15:00 and 19:00.
F1 TV Pro will also broadcast each of the daily lunchtime press conferences and a daily 'Tech Talk' show hosted by Will Buxton where, alongside guests, the host will look in more detail at some of the new innovations on the 2020 cars.
To wrap up each of the two three-day tests, Buxton will also host 'Paddock Pass', which will feature interviews and insights from drivers and other Formula One personalities.
