What Leclerc said in Italian after winning in Monza

What Leclerc said in Italian after winning in Monza

Charles Leclerc gave Ferrari a rare cause to smile after securing the Scuderia's first Italian Grand Prix win since 2010.

Leclerc held off both Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas to take a second win in as many races, having taken his maiden victory in Belgium.

Speaking to Martin Brundle post-race, Leclerc opted to speak in Italian, giving the Tifosi a direct message.

Here's what he said, for any non-Italian speakers.

"It was a really, really difficult race. Obviously I really wanted to win here, for all the supporters, winning here is a dream.

"It was a dream already last week with the first victory, but I think that, with all the emotions, winning here is 10 times better.

"Thanks to everyone, I have no words."
