F1 heads to Zandvoort for the Dutch Grand Prix this weekend, you can watch highlights of every day for FREE in the UK.

The iconic seaside circuit in the Netherlands plays host to the first race after the summer break as Lewis Hamilton continues his pursuit of Kimi Antonelli in the 2026 title race.

Home hero Max Verstappen meanwhile gets to celebrate that landmark four-year $500million Red Bull contract extension in front of his adoring orange army of fans.

It is a Sprint weekend at Zandvoort and the great news is there will be free-to-air highlights on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What time is F1 on Channel 4 for the Dutch Grand Prix?

Channel 4 show highlights of F1 competitive sessions in the UK, with Sky Sports holding the rights to show the action live.

This weekend, Channel 4 will start their coverage by broadcasting a 30-minute Sprint Qualifying highlights package at 7:30pm BST on Friday August 21. Lee McKenzie, David Coulthard, Alice Powell and Ariana Bravo host the highlights show.

On Saturday August 22 there is a 90-minute highlights package which includes both the Sprint race AND Qualifying for Sunday's Grand Prix. That show gets under way at 6.30pm BST.

The Dutch Grand Prix itself takes place on Sunday August 23 and you can watch a bumper two-and-a-half-hour show, again starting at 6.30pm BST.
