Verstappen completes first laps in the RB16
Max Verstappen gets to grips with the Red Bull RB16 at Silverstone as the team complete a shakedown of their 2020 Formula One entry.
Verstappen took on the driving duties as Red Bull completed their permitted filming day ahead of preseason testing. The shakedown, which is restricted to 100km, is more of a systems check than than anything focused on driving forwards performance. It is also the only opportunity for teams to record video clips for sponsors to use across the year.
"I've just finished my day, my filming day, first time in the RB16," said Verstappen on a Twitter clip. "[It was] very positive. It's important to get the car running and check all the bits on the car that it's all working before we head to Barcelona."

Red Bull have reflected on their unchanged livery for 2020 in their social media posts, saying that 'Liveries are made to last.'
Also on hand to give his assessment was Alex Albon - the Thai-British driver taking over the Red Bull Twitter account while Verstappen was on track.
