The 2019 Formula 1 season came back with a bang after the summer break as Charles Leclerc won his first ever race in the sport. However, there were fireworks right from the get-go as Max Verstappen collided with Kimi Raikkonen.
After a poor start off the line, the Dutchman attempted to recover with a hasty overtake on Raikkonen, only for the lack of space to result in contact between their cars.
It would prove to be a race-ending incident for Verstappen even though he was the aggressor, while the Finn struggled to 16th.
As you can imagine, Kimi wasn't too happy over team radio...
