Who has upgrades at the Canadian Grand Prix?

A lot of the talk ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix has centred on power unit upgrades. Mercedes-powered teams won't have one, but many teams up and down the grid will. Will any of the drivers have to take a grid penalty for changing parts? We take a look here.
