Watch Netflix Drive to Survive season 3 trailer - and yes, Guenther Steiner swears

Netflix has released a trailer of season three of its highly popular Formula 1 series 'Drive to Survive'.

As per the previous two series, the show that starts on March 19 will screen for 10 episodes, with F1 describing it as "the most dramatic season to date" as it will provide its usual warts-and-all take on what was a Covid-19 affected campaign.

F1 has promised that "fans will once again be taken behind the scenes, to witness first-hand how the drivers and teams battle it out for victory in a year like no other.

"From 19th March, fans will be given unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to the 2020 season which saw the sport dramatically halted in Australia due to the Covid-19 pandemic and make a thrilling restart in Austria later that year.

"Intense battles, fierce rivalries, unexpected podiums and Lewis Hamilton’s incredible seventh world title will ensure the series is one of the most action-packed yet."

The trailer includes typical thrills and spills, including Romain Grosjean's fireball crash in the Bahrain Grand Prix. And yes, Haas team principal Guenther Steiner swears!
