Mercedes prepare to launch the W11 by teasing fans

Mercedes are ready to launch the W11

Mercedes are teasing Formula One fans with social media images of the W11 ahead of their official February 14 launch at Silverstone.

Formula One teams are using theirsocial media channels to tease fans with glimpses of their 2020 entries, but none are using this more than champions Mercedes.

Showing the painting of the iconic three-point star, Mercedes have also shown images of a dark-grey engine cover with the single red star in memory of Niki Lauda.

Mercedes have secured six consecutive drivers and constructors championship doubles from 2014 to the present day and the W11, the final entry of the current regulations, carries the team's hopes of making it seven.
