Leclerc keeps Ferrari top and still no sign of Williams
Charles Leclerc impressed in his first official outing in a Ferrari as the Prancing Horse topped testing for the second day in a row in Barcelona after Sebastian Vettel's run yesterday, while Williams lost further vital testing time with no car having arrived at the Circuit de Catalunya.
In Monday's session, Vettel notched up a huge 169 laps which is roughly the length of three Spanish Grand Prix races around the track, and Leclerc continued the positive start to the week for Ferrari as he clocked the best time just ahead of McLaren rookie Lando Norris.
Even though still at the testing stage, some drivers will be disappointing to have spun at certain sections around the track, with Pierre Gasly and Alexander Albon suffering from lack of control the most.

Leclerc and Vettel, too, spun on their respective days, but Gasly felt his hardest as he didn't return from the garage after the incident.
Williams continued their worst possible start to the season as they went another day in Barcelona without even having their new 2019 car present on track, although a statement was released on Tuesday afternoon that they expected the FW42 in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Only four out of the 12 drivers who tested on Tuesday went into the triple figures on lap times - Leclerc, Norris, Albon, and Antonio Giovinazzi.
Mercedes and Renault opted to give track time to both their drivers, which meant Lewis Hamilton, Valtteri Bottas, Nico Hulkenberg, and Daniel Ricciardo all saw action - with the Australian's time ending prematurely due to a rear wing coming off his car.

Funny moment in the @danielricciardo press conference earlier when someone's phone rang. As the phone had been placed on the table in front of him, Daniel answered it, put it on speaker and shouted 'HOLA AMIGO!' ???? #F1Testing

[UPDATE] @WilliamsRacing spokesperson confirms that the team's FW42 car is likely to arrive at the circuit between 4-5am tomorrow morning. There will still be a fair amount to do to get the car checked, set up and ready to run so unlikely to see any laps before lunch. #F1Testing pic.twitter.com/dhdVGerbvb — Rob Watts (@robwattsf1) February 19, 2019
