Charles Leclerc may be one of the top drivers in Formula 1 these days, but a year ago he was simply a rookie with a reputation, impressing the F1 world with Sauber. After he secured his first ever appearance in Q3 of qualifying for the French GP, he got so excited he forgot to turn off his team radio!
