Raikkonen withholding judgement on Liberty Media
Kimi Raikkonen has claimed that he has not made up his mind about whether he likes the proposed changes by the new owners of Formula One, Liberty Media, as he is reserving judgment until the next generation of cars is produced in a few years time.
Liberty took over control of F1 in 2016 and have already started implementing controversial changes such as the introduction of the new 'Halo' safety device which has polarised opinion among the drivers and fans.
However, the most unpopular expected change is limiting manufacturers and teams to just three engines per season, with any subsequent parts required likely to result in grid fines and penalties.

Bosses at Ferrari have actually threatened to quit the sport altogether if no compromises can be reached regarding the engine change, but Raikkonen, a driver for the Scuderia, isn't completely dismissing the new ideas just yet,
"They are trying to make it better, easier to follow and more involving the public," he told Auto Hebdo.
"But it will only be in a few years, when the new regulations are in force (in 2021), that we will really see the impact of their arrival."
"I think they're putting a lot of effort in, listening to everyone and asking the right questions. I think we'll see if it has been good when we get the new cars."
Revenue has declined in 2017 under the ownership of the American company, but viewing figures are supposedly on the increase meaning that Liberty are likely to continue with most of their suggested sport alterations.
