Lewis Hamilton spends so much of each year globe-trotting, whether as part of his life as a Formula 1 icon, or his newfound career as a fashion designer. The latter could lead to him finally putting down some roots in Amsterdam, however, with the Briton a big fan of the Dutch capital.

Hamilton's work with Tommy Hilfiger has taken him to the city increasingly in recent years, with social media clips suggesting Hamilton always enjoys his trips to Holland.

Hamilton was in a good mood after the Singapore Grand Prix after a victory opened up a 40-point lead over Sebastian Vettel, bringing a fifth world title to the forefront of his thoughts.

And after discussing his victory with Dutch TV station Ziggo Sport, the generous champion dropped a hint about his future life plans.

Work commitments may not be the only reason taking Hamilton to Amsterdam.

The 33-year-old has been reported to have spent time in the company of Dutch model Cheyenne Ciani while in the Netherlands and Dutch showbiz site Story claimed Hamilton has already spent time holidaying with her in Barbados.
