F1 should crack down on 'crazy' drivers
Former Formula 1 test driver and current Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, Daniel Juncadella, believes that stewards at Grand Prix races need to do more to penalise "crazy" drivers who make things more dangerous on the track, and has pointed the finger at Kevin Magnussen and Max Verstappen as two culprits.
The 2018 F1 season has been littered with many high-profile collisions, with the latest involving Kimi Raikkonen and Lewis Hamilton leading to plenty of scathing exchanged words, and a war of comments between Ferrari and Mercedes.
Juncadella, who tested for McLaren and acted in a reserve driver role for Force India previously, thinks the incidents have arisen due to drivers not being punished more severely for their transgressions if they have previously been involved in other collisions.
"I think past actions should be remembered," Juncadella said to Spanish newspaper, AS.

"Take [Kevin] Magnussen for example. I've already said on Twitter that he's crazy, all the way back to Formula 3. I think every time he does something even dubious, he should be penalised.
"It's the same with [Max] Verstappen, who is super aggressive. There has to be a way to calm him down.
"Then you have [Charles] Leclerc, who is not aggressive, so I think if he has a doubtful incident it is not necessary to always penalise him,"
