VIDEO: Ricciardo, Leclerc trapped as half of German GP grid stuck in elevator
Friday's at grands prix are all about preparation and getting into the zone, so half the grid might be a bit shaken up at Hockenheim, having spent Friday evening trapped in an elevator!
Daniel Ricciardo captured the moment on Instagram as no fewer than 10 drivers were stuck, presumably trying to make their way from the circuit after Friday practice.
Renault confirmed that they did make it out, so at least we're not set for a new-age Indianapolis 2005 situation...
What do you get when 10 #F1 drivers are stuck in an elevator?#GermanGP
