Rich Energy mock Haas' poor British GP performance

Another chapter has been added to the ongoing Rich Energy – Haas dispute following the team’s disappointing performance in the British Grand Prix.

The beverage company became Haas’ title sponsor for the 2019 season, but the relationship has become quickly strained, and Rich Energy losing a court case over copyright infringement pertaining to their stag logo - which was deemed to be a copy of Whyte Bikes motif.

Things continued in a similar manner until Austria when, after Haas finished 16th and 19th, Rich Energy took to Twitter to claim they had “terminated” their contract with Haas for “poor performance”.

With ongoing legal battles and an ever-increasing list of You’d be forgiven for thinking that Rich Energy was too busy to continue the feud. You would be wrong.

The British Grand Prix saw a first-lap collision between Haas drivers Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen, with the end result being the retirement of the two drivers. True to form and not one to miss an opportunity to draw the ire of F1 fans, Rich Energy took to Twitter once more to mock the team - comparing them to a milk float.
