Billy Monger and Dan Ticktum will be among the drivers taking part in Formula 3's post-season test.
The event will be held over three days in Valencia.
Both Monger and Ticktum will driver for Carlin, the latter doing so before racing for the same team at next month's Macau Grand Prix.
Ticktum is looking to win the race for a record-breaking third time after a disappointing 2019 which saw him lose backing from F1 giants Red Bull.
Having tested for Red Bull earlier this year as he was taking part in Super Formula, Ticktum will be among the more experienced drivers in the field, having previously raced at the same level in GP3 and European Formula 3, where he was a 2018 title rival of Mick Schumacher.
Monger's participation will be under plenty of attention as the 20-year-old looks to get on the ladder to F1, two years on from the crash which resulted in him having both legs partially amputated.
Carlin have entered Monger in British Formula 3 and Euroformula in the past two years, building a specially adapted car with a hand-operated throttle, with Monger taking an emotional race win in Pau earlier this year.
