Australian Grand Prix 2022: Start time, TV, live stream

F1 makes its return to Albert Park for the Australian Grand Prix this weekend off the back of two fantastic races to open the sport's new era.

Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc have a win apiece after the reigning world champion edged out the Ferrari driver in Saudi Arabia last time out.

The Melbourne venue has been altered drastically since F1 last visited in 2019, with the hope of more racing action and excitement being created by a high-speed middle sector.

Ferrari topped both Friday sessions with Carlos Sainz and Leclerc sharing the honours but who will be on top comoe the end of the weekend?

GPFans' F1 AUSTRALIAN GP PREDICTION

If the first two races are anything to go by then F1 will be treated to a fantastic spectacle at Albert Park this weekend.

Verstappen and Leclerc have been virtually neck and neck so far but Sainz and Perez have shown glimpses of what they can do, proving the battle for victory will be a four-way fight at points this year.

Mercedes should remain as the best of the rest behind but any one of Haas, Alfa Romeo or Alpine could challenge - it really is that tight in the midfield.

Given that Australia provides a challenge more similar to Saudi Arabia, Red Bull must enter the weekend as slight favourites.
