Aston Martin is the first team to run its 2022 car on track

Aston Martin became the first team to lap its new challenger for the upcoming season with a shakedown at Silverstone on Friday [February 11].

The team launched the AMR22 a day earlier and in doing so became the first team this year to unveil a "real" car after seeing Haas and Red Bull keep their cards close to their chests.

F1's regulations have evolved radically over the winter, so GPFans has put together a gallery of Aston Martin's first day on track for you to cast an eye over.
