Lewis is back in a positive mood!

Lewis Hamilton appears to have gotten over his social media slump after telling Instagram followers that he has no intention of "giving up".

In posts earlier in the week, Hamilton lamented the future of Planet Earth and claimed that committing to a vegan diet was the "only way" to avoid the climate crisis.

"Honestly, I feel like giving up on everything," he wrote. "Shut down completely. Why bother when the world is such a mess and people don't seem to care."

While the five-time world champion's message was seemingly well-intended, he faced a backlash on social media, with users accusing him of hypocrisy.

As Hamilton complained that not enough is being done to protect the environment, his choice to fly in a private jet and F1's use of fossil fuels were thrown back at him.

However, it appears that Hamilton has ridden out the storm and he was back to delivering messages of positivity.
