Ricciardo's first day at McLaren in pictures

Daniel Ricciardo has spent his first day at the McLaren Technology Centre ahead of his debut with the team next month.

The Australian will partner Lando Norris this season after leaving Renault following the conclusion of the 2020 campaign.

He joins a McLaren team that is on a high after finishing third in the constructors' championship last term, its best result since 2012, with the introduction of Mercedes power units this year providing cause for optimism.

No visit to the MTC is complete without a stroll down the famous Boulevard that houses many of the team's historic cars, and Ricciardo certainly seemed to enjoy casting his eye over them.

The Australian was then finally able to sit in the cockpit of the MCL35M he will be driving this season, and that was recently fired up for the first time, as he went through the process of his seat fit.
