Hamilton's savage put down after Bottas-Grosjean crash
Lewis Hamilton issued a thinly veiled dig towards Romain Grosjean after the Haas driver collided with Hamilton's Mercedes team-mate Valtteri Bottas in FP2 at the Abu Dhabi GP.
Bottas looked to dive late down the inside of the Haas during the long-run simulations late in Friday's second session and Grosjean turned hard into the corner, despite appearing to have checked his mirrors, where the Mercedes was looming large.
Hamilton had earlier in the session come close to tangling with Grosjean's team-mate Kevin Magnussen.
After a Mercedes-Haas tangle did play out, Hamilton was barely restrained over team radio.
Hamilton said he "could have guessed" that Grosjean would have been involved in the incident as he enquired as to the reason for a red-flag period.
