New Zealand F1 driver Liam Lawson (born February 11, 2002 in Hastings) is currently driving for Racing Bulls alongside rookie Arvid Lindblad. Lawson - who lives in Monaco like so many other drivers - had been promoted to drive alongside Max Verstappen for Red Bull to start the 2025 season but he was demoted after just two races in a brutal move. Since then Lawson has gone back to displaying his precocious talent, ending the 2025 season in 14th place in the drivers' standings.
