A NASCAR Cup Series star's wife has announced some hugely exciting family news in a heartfelt social media post.

Team Penske star Ryan Blaney is having a fantastic season on the track, achieving eight top-10 finishes during the 2025 season so far, including a win at Nashville that sees him locked into the playoffs.

Things off track are even better for Blaney, however, with his wife Gianna now revealing on social media that she is pregnant, with the pair expecting their first child in 2025.

"Been keeping a secret for far too long but finally ready to share. Baby Blaney coming 2025!" Gianna wrote on her Instagram in a joint post with the Team Penske star.

Blaney and Gianna reportedly first met in 2018 in Las Vegas before starting to date in 2020.

The pair then became engaged in 2023 following Blaney's Cup Series championship success, with the Team Penske star proposing on top of a snow-covered bridge in Washington.

Fittingly, exactly one year later, the pair got married in Aspen, Colorado, in what was described as a 'whimsical' winter wedding.

Both the engagement and wedding took place on December 12th, a nod to the No. 12 that Blaney drives for Team Penske.

Several figures from within the NASCAR world have been quick to congratulate the pair on their exciting news, including a driver.

Bubba Wallace, for example, wrote: "Let’s goooooooooo!!!!!!! Bout damn time yall told the world."

Elsewhere, NASCAR's official page commented: "Congratulations!!"

Amy Earnhardt, wife of NASCAR legend Dale Jr, has even offered to babysit: "I’m so excited for you two gorgeous people! I wanna babysit!"

Ty Dillon's wife, Haley, also said: "Congratulations you guys! So excited for you and these photos are gorgeous."
