Chase Briscoe at the NASCAR Geico 500

After an exciting qualifying session on Saturday, the NASCAR Cup Series starting lineup for Sunday's Brickyard 400 is set!

Chase Briscoe will start the action at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on pole, with the Joe Gibbs Racing star proving the class of the field in his No. 19.

As a result, Briscoe broke an impressive NASCAR record, becoming the first ever driver to take pole at the Daytona 500, Coca-Cola 600 and Brickyard 400 in the same season.

It was fine margins at IMS, though, with Bubba Wallace set to start second after finishing just 0.013 seconds behind the No. 19's leading lap time.

Meanwhile, three more Toyota drivers in Erik Jones, Tyler Reddick and Ty Gibbs will start from third through fifth after a dominant session for the manufacturer.
