The 2025 NASCAR Cup Series hits Mexico City this weekend for the first ever Viva Mexico 250.
The action this weekend comes after a trip to Michigan last time out, where Denny Hamlin claimed his third win of the year to enhance his spot in the playoffs.
However, Hamlin will not even be at this weekend's race, after welcoming his first won with fiancee Jordan Fish.
Despite last weekend's win for Hamlin, William Byron's existing lead means that he still tops the Cup Series standings heading into this weekend, with Kyle Larson by far the closest driver on his tail, 41 points behind.
Elsewhere, Hamlin, Christopher Bell and Chase Elliott round out the top five in the regular season rankings, and it will certainly be interesting to see how the top of the order gets shaken up come Sunday.
With that said, let's take a look at the details you need to know ahead of Friday's practice action.
