Former Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg has laid out his predictions for the 2018 season - and the German feels that there will not be too much difference with how things ended in 2017, with Lewis Hamilton emerging victorious ahead of Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel.
Speaking on German TV, Rosberg reckons that despite increased expectations from the likes of Red Bull and McLaren, the season will pan out in broadly the same way, but feels the gap between Hamilton and Vettel will be closer than ever.
He said: "My prediction corresponds to what happened last year.
Rosberg retired in 2016 after winning the world championship, and as well as his role as pundit in Germany, he has also expressed his interest in becoming involved in Formula E in a non-driving capacity.
