OFFICIAL: WIlliams announce Sirotkin

Williams have taken to their official Twitter page to officially announce Sergey Sirotkin as the partner of Lance Stroll for the 2018 Formula One campaign. The announcement has been expected for a long period now, and comes at the expense of Robert Kubica, who was previously thought of as favourite to claim the seat.
