Sebastian Vettel made a point of approaching Max Verstappen to issue an apology after their collision during the British Grand Prix impacted both of their races.
Vettel shunted into the back of the Dutchman as they jostled for position, sending Verstappen veering into the gravel. Both men were able to continue but Vettel limped to the finish while Verstappen had to settle for fifth, when a podium would have looked likely.
Verstappen let out an expletive 'What the f**k' on Red Bull team radio after the incident but Vettel - who was issued a 10-second penalty by the stewards - was quick to approach him after the race.
He was seen leaning into the Dutchman's cockpit and offered his hand, one that Verstappen appeared to accept.
